A boutique agency came to us knowing something was wrong, but they couldn’t pinpoint it. We provided a complete analysis with recommendations to refine role definitions, level up their management practices, evolve project processes, and train their managers. The agency agreed to our recommendations and asked if we would stay on and help implement everything as an interim leader.
