The Huddle is a one-hour working session provided by Same Team Partners ("we," "us," "our") designed to help clients ("you," "your") address specific challenges and gain actionable insights. By booking a Huddle session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
- Scheduling: Appointments are made through our online booking system.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking via Stripe.
- Confirmation: Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with session details.
3. Session Preparation
- Pre-Session Information: Provide background information on the topic or challenge you wish to discuss prior to the session.
- Meeting Platform: Sessions are conducted via Google Meet as specified in the confirmation email.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session without additional charges if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations: Cancellations are not permitted. If you cannot attend, please reschedule as per the above policy.
- Missed Sessions: If you miss a session without prior notification, you may book another Huddle at a 50% discounted rate.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. We are committed to delivering immediate value during each session.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared during the session, except as required by law.
7. Service Scope
The Huddle is a one-hour consultation designed to provide actionable advice. It does not include follow-up implementation, additional deliverables, or ongoing support unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, and frameworks shared during the session remain the intellectual property of Same Team Partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without prior written consent.
9. Recording Policy
Sessions may not be recorded by either party without prior written consent. If consent is given, recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our services are advisory. You are responsible for implementing any advice or strategies discussed. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
11. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information before the session and for implementing any advice or strategies discussed. The success of the outcomes depends on your active participation.
12. Force Majeure
Same Team Partners is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or acts of government.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Washington state law.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Washington. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in accordance with Washington state law.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website.
