That’s why we created the Team Huddle: a one-hour working session designed to help you tackle a pressing challenge, gain clarity, and see the value of working with Same Team firsthand. You’ll leave the session with actionable insights, a clear direction, and a fresh perspective.


Calling for a Huddle is simple

  1. Find a day and time that fits your calendar
  2. Provide background information on what you'd like to work through
  3. Make the session payment through Stripe
  4. Accept the Huddle invitation via email

    If we have any questions prior to our session we'll reach out through email. Later on, if you want another session just come back and do it again. Check our FAQ for more details.

It’s not about diving into a big, structured program—it’s about solving a problem or answering a question right now. Think of it as an easy, focused way to experience the value of coaching while also working through a challenge or two that's in front of you.

Frequently asked questions about Huddle

How will we meet for the Team Huddle?

All sessions are conducted over Google Meet or by telephone. You’ll receive a link or call-in number in your confirmation email after booking.

What should I do to prepare for my session?

For the best results, please provide background information on the challenge or topic you’d like to address. After booking, you’ll receive instructions on how to share this information with us in advance.

Can I move my appointment?

You can move your appointment to a new time at no additional charge, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

What happens if I miss my session?

If you miss your session without prior notification, we’d still love to help. You can book another Team Huddle at 50% off the regular rate. We will contact you with information to schedule another session at a reduced rate.

Can I schedule a session outside of your listed availability?

Yes, we can accommodate international or other unique schedules outside of our listed availability at a higher rate. Please contact us to inquire about options and pricing.

Can I cancel my Team Huddle?

We don’t offer cancellations, but we understand schedules can change. You can move your appointment to a new time at no additional charge, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Are refunds available?

We’re unable to offer refunds for any reason. We’ve designed the Team Huddle to deliver immediate value, and we’re committed to making the most of our time together.
