We’re kicking off the year by expanding how we share human-centered project management, and YouTube is our newest home for it.
We just published the first video on the Same Team YouTube channel, launching a growing library of public, practical PM content focused on the human side of the work: communication, alignment, judgment, and leadership in real-world projects. (You'll see episodes of our retired podcast The High Five there as well.)
This is an exciting moment for us, and an important kickoff for what’s coming next with the PM Squad.

Our YouTube videos are designed to be:

- Grounded in real experience (not process theater)
- Focused on what actually helps teams work better together
If you’ve followed Same Team for a while, the ideas will feel familiar. The format is new, but the point is the same: project management works best when it’s human-centered.
What’s public and what’s coming next
The Same Team YouTube channel will always be public-facing. It’s where we share ideas, principles, and guidance openly with the broader PM community.
But for those who want to go deeper, the PM Squad is where things really come to life. And, we're leaving pricing at $199 for the rest of January. After that, membership will be $299 annually.
