In 2012, we faced a pivotal challenge: rescuing a studio on the brink of collapse. This experience revealed that teams often struggle not due to a lack of talent, but because of misaligned communication, unclear roles, and eroded trust. Determined to address these issues, we founded Same Team to empower leaders with practical tools and strategies that foster genuine alignment and resilience.
